{"id":39,"date":"2017-11-20T23:16:35","date_gmt":"2017-11-20T22:16:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/klubcf.sk\/?p=39"},"modified":"2017-11-20T23:18:11","modified_gmt":"2017-11-20T22:18:11","slug":"skrining-novorodencov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/klubcf.sk\/index.php\/2017\/11\/20\/skrining-novorodencov\/","title":{"rendered":"Skr\u00edning novorodencov"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><strong>Od febru\u00e1ra sa sp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a skr\u00edning v\u0161etk\u00fdch novorodencov na cystick\u00fa fibr\u00f3zu\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>D\u0148a 01\/02\/09 nadob\u00fada platnos\u0165 nov\u00e9, prepracovan\u00e9 Odborn\u00e9 usmernenie Ministerstva zdravotn\u00edctva Slovenskej republiky ku skr\u00edningu fenylketon\u00farie, kongenit\u00e1lnej hypotyre\u00f3zy, kongenit\u00e1lnej adren\u00e1lnej hyperpl\u00e1zie a cystickej fibr\u00f3zy novorodencov a zdravotnej starostlivosti o zachyten\u00e9 pr\u00edpady.<br \/>\nPrv\u00e9 tri ochorenia sa vy\u0161etruj\u00fa v SR u\u017e d\u00e1vno, ale CF pribudla medzi nich len teraz.<\/p>\n<p>Slovensk\u00e1 republika sa zaradila medzi 9 \u0161t\u00e1tov Eur\u00f3pskej \u00danie, v ktor\u00fdch sa bude skr\u00edningovo vy\u0161etrova\u0165 cystick\u00e1 fibr\u00f3za.<\/p>\n<p>Skr\u00edningom rozumieme vyh\u013eadanie ur\u010ditej choroby, alebo vady v popul\u00e1cii. Novorodeneck\u00fd skr\u00edning je prevent\u00edvny program, zameran\u00fd na vyh\u013ead\u00e1vanie vybran\u00fdch vroden\u00fdch ch\u00fdb. Deti sa rodia bez ak\u00fdchko\u013evek pr\u00edznakov, s\u00fa zdanlivo zdrav\u00e9 a vroden\u00e1 chyba sa za\u010dne prejavova\u0165 postupne, \u010d\u00edm trvalo po\u0161kodzuje v\u00fdvoj organizmu. V\u010dasn\u00fd z\u00e1chyt skr\u00edningom umo\u017en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fa lie\u010dbu u\u017e pred po\u0161koden\u00edm a zaist\u00ed tak optim\u00e1lny v\u00fdvoj die\u0165a\u0165a.<\/p>\n<p>Samotn\u00fd skr\u00edning sa uskuto\u010d\u0148uje u v\u0161etk\u00fdch novorodencov odberom krvi na \u0161tvrt\u00fd a\u017e piaty de\u0148 \u017eivota. Odber vzorky sa vykon\u00e1 dostato\u010dne hlbok\u00fdm vpichom sterilnou ihlou do p\u00e4ti\u010dky novorodenca po predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facej dezinfekcii ko\u017ee. Kvapka krvi sa kvapne na odberov\u00fd filtra\u010dn\u00fd papierik. Odoberaj\u00fa sa \u0161tyri kvapky krvi \u2013 \u0161tyri ter\u010d\u00edky. N\u00e1sledne materi\u00e1l putuje z neonatologick\u00fdch a novorodeneck\u00fdch pracov\u00edsk do Skr\u00edningov\u00e9ho centra novorodencov Slovenskej republiky v Banskej Bystrici pri Detskej fakultnej nemocnici s poliklinikou.<\/p>\n<p>Samotn\u00e9 potvrdenie alebo vyl\u00fa\u010denie ochorenia vykon\u00e1vaj\u00fa u\u017e diagnostick\u00fdmi testami ambulancie \u0161pecializovanej zdravotnej starostlivosti.<\/p>\n<p>Cystick\u00e1 fibr\u00f3za sa skr\u00ednuje na z\u00e1klade zv\u00fd\u0161enej hladiny imunoreakt\u00edvneho tryps\u00ednu. V pr\u00edpade podozrenia na mo\u017en\u00e9 ochorenie nahl\u00e1si skr\u00edningov\u00e9 centrum rizikov\u00e9ho novorodenca pr\u00edslu\u0161nej \u0161pecializovanej ambulancii pre CF, kde sa zabezpe\u010d\u00ed klinick\u00e9 vy\u0161etrenie a over\u00ed sa diagn\u00f3za stanoven\u00edm chloridov v pote &#8211; potn\u00fdm testom. K definit\u00edvnemu potvrdeniu diagn\u00f3zy CF sa vykon\u00e1 n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 konfirm\u00e1cia genotypu.
